After hours services
- The after hours diagnostic is $134 and any necessary repairs will be performed at regular rates, we do not charge overtime for this services.
- Scheduling the after hours service is based on availability. We do guarantee our Service Agreement and warranty customers service within 24 hours of the service request.
- Customer Service will respond to after hours messages and web forms from 8:00am until 9:30pm 365 days a year. Messages left after 9:30pm will be responded to at 8:00am.
