"The two main installers on the job, and the install supervisor, were exceptional. Larry was the first person, outside of yourself that we met and I think that he did a very professional job of the pre-inspection. And, of course, he stopped several times while the job was in progress to see how it was going. He also found a low profile exhaust termination device which I liked since running the exhaust up the existing stack was not a viable option.
Chris and Rene worked under less than ideal conditions in the attic and under the house. They were quite neat, cleaned up daily and did a great job with the installation. Chris was very patient with me when I had questions about something. He and Rene did a good job with the install of the vent termination. Again, thanks for everything."

Keith Sabo was dispatched to my home on April 29, 2009, to service the unit. I am sending this email to commend him for his excellent service and his customer focus. From the onset he assured me he would resolve the problem I was having with the unit. He worked diligently, deliberately and patiently until he was able to resolve an intermittent problem with the unit. I was quite impressed that the problem neither overwhelmed nor frustrated him. He is quite an oddity as today's technicians typically regard themselves "as doing you a favor" rather than providing a service.
